What is an information management system?
An information management system is a program that stores, organizes and processes your business information in one place. Instead of keeping records in paper files, notebooks, WhatsApp chats and many different Excel sheets, everything goes into one secure system that your team can use every day.

Different roles see different information
Not everyone in your business should see everything. We set up user roles so that each person only sees what they need for their job. A cashier can make sales but cannot see salaries. A store keeper can update stock but cannot change prices. A manager can approve requests, and the owner can see all reports. You decide who can view, add, edit or delete each type of record.
Reports that show how your business is doing
Good decisions need good information. Your system turns daily records into reports on sales, expenses, stock, staff, unpaid invoices and more. You can open them on screen, print them, or have them sent to your email every day, week or month. For example, you can receive a stock report each morning without asking anyone for it.
Work from anywhere, on any device
Our systems run in a web browser, so you can use them on a laptop, desktop, tablet or phone. If your staff work in the field, we can also build Android and iPhone apps. For places with poor internet, we can make the system work offline. Staff keep entering data, and it syncs automatically once the connection returns.
Mobile Money and bank payments
If you want to receive payments through your system, we can connect it to Mobile Money and bank payment services. When a customer pays, the system records the payment and updates their balance without anyone typing it in.
SMS, email and phone alerts
The system can send messages for you. Payment reminders go to customers, low-stock alerts go to the store manager, and approval requests go to the right person. This saves you many phone calls and follow-ups.
Safe and secure data
Your business records are valuable, so we protect them. Every user has their own login, data is encrypted, and backups are made regularly. If a laptop is lost or stolen, your records are still safe in the system.
